We take safety and sustainability as the basis of our goji berry production. We analyze the soil and water quality regularly and activate the biological life on the land with additions of organic fertilizers. Away from the toxicity of industrial cities, the goji berries take all their nourishment and protection from the lush land.
Grown totally additive and chemical free, the berries ripen through mid-summer and are gently hand-picked by the local farmers when they reach their most nutrient-rich and tasty stage.
Oven and sun drying methods are utilized when applicable, in order to preserve the goji berries’ maximum nutritional density for a longer period of time. Samples go through a series of tests and extensive analyses in order to meet all the quality standards and production regulations.
Since Turkey is quite a close distance, you can visit us at harvesting season to learn more about our operation and experience the colors, tastes and fragrances of the savory Anatolian goji berries on site.
